  • Headteacher and the leadership team to ensure that strategies identified to raise attainment and progress of pupils eligible for PP funding are effective.

 

  • The impact of Pupil Premium provision on progress and attainment in the core subjects.

 

  • Introduction of systems to ensure rigorous monitoring of teaching and progress specifically in reading and maths including high achievers.

 

  • To develop the role of school leaders at all levels in order that they take more responsibility for driving school improvement to further strengthen and develop leadership capacity.
  • Maintain and improve consistently good levels of teaching prioritising in Maths and Reading.

 

  • Introduce an on line assessment system which will be used by all teachers.

 

  • Staff and governors trained in new tracking and assessment tool.

 

  • Embedding the provision of the spelling programme and measuring the impact.
  • All stakeholders following consistent approach to behaviour policy so behaviour is good at all times.

 

  • To ensure safeguarding procedures are maintained to a high standard by all stakeholders.

 

  • Work with families to improve the attendance of the few who have persistent absences.

 

 

  • Improve attainment and accelerate progress across all year groups and for all pupils.

 

  • Improved provision for greater depth pupils with opportunities to be challenged.
