To continue to develop an inspiring curriculum which enables all learners to achieve their potential.


 To continue to strengthen the Governing Body with consistent and effective monitoring and accountability linked to the school development plan holding leaders to account at all levels.


To continue to raise the profile of the school in order to increase the number of applications and pupils on roll.



To increase the progress and attainment in Maths at all levels by developing reasoning skills and embedding the mastery approach from Year R-6.


To raise standards in writing through a whole school approach using Big Writing.


To enhance further the enjoyment of reading in order to raise standards and improve progress for all learners.


Teaching to enable independent learning opportunities by putting the skills and knowledge into practice through problem solving, reasoning and open-ended tasks.

To work alongside families to improve attendance for children with persistent absence to improve attendance.


To enhance the awareness of Anti Bullying so that the school community has a greater understanding of the forms bullying can take and the steps which can be taken to deal with it.


Behaviour for learning to embed independence and challenge.


To ensure our playtime areas and activities are providing structure and engagement in healthy play (OPAL).

Ensure the mental health of our pupils and staff is a high priority for all staff and the SLT.


To foster in our children excellent attitudes towards their learning and develop them into confident, independent learners.


To embed pupil self-help strategies across the school.
