Family Liaison Officer (FLO) - Mrs Bilby

As part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing positive relationships between our school and families we are thrilled to introduce this new role at Eastling, offering pastoral support to both children and their parents or carers. 

As the school FLO, I will be available to support you on a variety of matters such as; attendance, social and emotional wellbeing, transitions, health or money matters, and any other challenges that our children or families might be facing. 

It is imperative to myself and the whole team here at Eastling that we create a supportive bridge between home and school to enhance the overall educational experience for all pupils.

I am based in the Wellbeing Garden Room (alongside the school hall) on Monday to Wednesday and my door is always open for a cup of tea and a chat, so please don't hesitate to pop in. Alternatively, you will find me on the playground, or feel free to contact me at emma.bilby@eastling.kent.sch.uk

To mark the beginning of Anti-Bullying Week next week, please come into school on Tuesday 12^th November wearing the craziest odd socks you can find! No donations are required, this is just a fun way to spread awareness and show solidarity with the anti-bullying movement. We are focussing on the 'Choose Respect' theme created by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and pupils will be working on this concept in class and in assembly.
